Dream come true opening for Bonnie Raitt.

Opening for Bonnie Raitt was a absolute dream come true. She is one of my all time favourite artists and such a gracious and wonderful person.  The week in New Zealand with Bonnie and her band was the week of a life time. Such a great bunch of guys in her band and there shows for outstandingly great.  I had Mark Punch and Kevin Cooney playing in my band and we had a blast with Bolton Promotions and Bonnie and her band.  Week of a lifetime.. moments like these make all the struggles and all the hard work of being an artist worth it.

Opening for Bonnie Raitt - New Zealand Slipstream tour 2013.

I feel very honoured to have been chosen as Bonnie Raitt's opening act on the New Zealand Slipstream tour 2013. The shows are next month.  This is a dream come true as Bonnie has been a huge musical hero of mine and she is amazing!!

New Zealand and Australia

Hi everyone, well I just completed a fantastic tour of New Zealand.  It was so much fun to be on home turf catching up with family and old friends and playing some wonderful venues in some beautiful locations around New Zealand.  The scenery is just amazing and you forget how beautiful New Zealand really is until you see it again.

Catch up

The last few months have been very busy.  I went into Blade Studios in Louisiana and started work on my fourth album. It is sounding great, it is very exciting to hear your new songs taking shape.  I am working with producer Brady Blade, who has been wonderful to work with and has the best vibe and energy for bringing out great performances in the studio.  He really is a lot of fun.  Blade Studios is beautiful, and I think we captured something magical.  We recorded to 2 inch tape and it is a...

Florida shows.

It is such a treat to sing in a beautiful theatre. The crowd in Clearwater Florida rocked!  This shot was taken at sound check.  I was opening for Howard Jones, he put on a great show!  
!  

The next night I played in Orlando at the Plaza 'Live' Theatre.  I was opening for Euge Groove.

Back to Austin

After a super fun tour and time in California, I was back in the car and on my way back to Texas.  I stopped off in Arizona and played 3 wonderful shows in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tucson.   Here is a pic from a house concert I played in Scottsdale AZ. It was a perfect evening, full moon and wonderful space to perform.

Back in Los Angeles

Once in a Blue Moon

I took a few days off and visited Mount Madonna. My first time on an Ashram.  The sunsets were so beautiful and the stars were so bright.

Summer tour 2012

I am going to be spending a lot of time in my car and driving cross country!  I am visiting Santa Fe in NM and then Sedona in AZ on my way to Los Angeles and playing a tour around California.  I am visiting some magical places, Santa Cruz, Carmel, Big Sur!  I can't wait to see the Grand Canyon on my way through!  I am playing some wonderful venues and house concerts, so if you are in California or Arizona, I hope you can make it out to see me play and help spread the word!
